Hi sir/madam,
As mentioned above i had (Acc no [protected]) used mobile banking to transfer rs 4500/ through imps to acc no [protected] having an ifsc code of hdfc0001754 on 4/12/2018 around 9:30 p. M. The transaction was timed out but the amount has been deducted from my account but not credited to beneficiary account.
I waited for 12 hrs to see whether the amount will be credited to my account as the transaction was not successful.
When i called the customer care they gave me this email id and asked to write an email.
I want refund of my money as it has not reached the beneficiary.
