Vijaya Bank — interest is not credit in my student loan account as government subsidy

I draw your kind attention that for long time interest subsidy is not credited in my student loan a/ c. No.[protected] at himmatnagar branch of gujarat. My basic loan amount is 9 lac & due to not credited interest subsidy due amount is about 11.93 lac.
One year ago i have drawing your kind attention but bank is not credit such interest in my account as subsidy.

Kindly do needful as early as possible.
