We Cheftalk Food And Hospitality Services Private Limited having current Account with your Hyderbad, Mumbai, Pune, Thane and Bangalore Branches. Our mother Branch account is at Vijaya Bank, Gachibowli Branch Hyderabad and Account no. [protected]. Complaint: That we are facing net banking facility since last 7 to 8 month because of non receipt of hardware taken issued by the Bank. this is brought to the notice of our Vijaya Bank Andheri (E), Mumbai Branch where we operating our Laurent account and continuously communicating with Vijaya bank, Gachibowli branch to get the Hard wear token . But till writing this complaint we have not received any feedback.( Copy of communication through email is attaching herewith. Request you to give us some solution to operate Net Banking facility. please find the attachment file transaction failed but amount has debit, amount is 10000 rupees, . please solve my complain
