Vijaya Bank — refund of online deducted amount

I have done online transaction of rs. 5000 from my vijaya bank account to iob bank account on[protected] but my amount has been deducted from my vijaya bank account but didn't get transferred to my iob account. For your reference here is the transaction i'd: p2001051153428090282431

Kindly refund my money to my bank account.
