Ramrakhiani To: Ahmedabad Vijaya Bank ; HO - Grievances Redressal Cell ; HO - Debit Card Issue ; HO - ADCG - Internet Banking Sent: Monday, November 30, 2015 10:41 AM Subject: My SB acc no [protected] Dear Sir, Yesterday (29.11.2015) evening I wished to withdraw Rs. 10, 000.00 from my account through ATM of Karnataka Bank Ltd, Subhash Chowk, Memnagar, Ahmedabad - 380052. However, afte putting instruction as same in ATM machine, I received a message of transaction failure with reason that they could not access Vijaya Bank link. Hence, I did not receive any money. This can be verified from the CCTV footage as well as from the message transcript of the ATM machine. However, today, at 4.03 AM I have received a SMS from you that I have withdrawn Rs. 10, 000.00 as above. This is completely wrong. there is no such withdrawl. Please verify and credit my SB account as above today and confirm the same to me today itself.
