Viral Deal — bank fraud

A cloth item was purchased for Rs. 700/- from Viral Deal. The product was not good and it was supposed to be returned. As Rs. 700/- was to be refunded, one Mr. Avinash Kumar (Mob.[protected]), Customer Care Executive took the bank details from me for refunding Rs. 700/-. Instead of refunding the money, they fraudulently debited my savings bank a/c no.[protected], Canara Bank, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92 for Rs. 19999/- twice i.e. on July 15, 2019 and July 16, 2019. A police complaint has also been lodged. A complaint has also been made to the bank.

Please help me by reversing this amount of Rs. 39998/- to my savings bank a/c.
