Dear sir, on 25th jan i booked a mob, redmi note 4 on viral deal. Sub total rs. 2599+150 (Shipping charge), total rs.2749 paid by me. I also received the mai from viral deal. But their is no response from the coustmer care people. Trying to reach they through mail. Not at all responding. And daily trying coustmer care nor. It's showing busy all them time.
