On nov 18, 2017 we had booked & paid for 1 hand sets of redmi 4 vide order no [protected] but even after one month there is no response from viral deal for the delivery of these phone. We have sent several emails to viral deal but not a single reply & also the mobile number is always coming off.
Either you should return back us the money rs.2799 which is received by you. Else we will go to consumer court & lodge complaint against you...
