Viral Deal — straightener

I ordered a straighter on 06/16/2019 and made payment through online. But I didn't receive my product. Even my amount also didn't refunded. And when I called them first time they said we didnt receive your amount even order also not placed. Then also I will check and let you know they said. But on next day if I call From same number nobody is picking the call. And the customer care number is not reachable. But if I check in paytm payment history. Payment has been successful for that online website
