Visas Avenue — Contact person does not respond and application filing gets delayed because of it

I have availed Canada PR from Visa Avenue. I have submitted EOI document for filing the application to Priya Sharma on 7th Jul 2022. Today is 11th Aug 2022. I am still waiting for application to be filed.

I tried reaching Priya so many times. She does not pick the call. I was able to connect with her once in 3-4 days after making so many calls. When we were able to connect she mentions that she was not having any missed call.

Its more than a month now still my application is not filed. I am emailing her for status and she does not respond for status.

Please help me how to go about this.

Issue is resolved. After raising this complaint, concerned person called me and addressed the issue in just 2 to 3 days. Similar prompt response is expected all the time
