Sir, i was booking two tickets for my friend and his sister from jammu to srinagar on 12.09.17, but accidentally entered date of 10.10.17. Just at the time of booking as i saw it, i tried to cancel transaction but that did not happen and my account got deducted by 2500.00 and ticket was booked. I then called vistara and told them to shift my booking to 12th of september and there was no difference in fair also. But what they said shocked me. They told me to pay date change fee of rs. 9600. Kindly help me.

Nothing has been done at airlines' end or by paytm to resolve my complaint. It is a total lie that complaint has been resolved.

Updated by neil johnson My complaint says resolved. But I have not seen any resolution. Vistara has not even contacted me. Nor did paytm. I only want my money refunded. Kindly help me.
