Vistara Airlines — Complaint against the unproffessionalism of the employees and customer mental harassment..

I, Biswarupa Das (PNR 69QAFN) would like to register a complaint againt each and every employee who was taking care of the boarding procedures of Vistara UK-838, KOLKATA to GUWAHATI (DEPARTURE TIME 1.20PM) on 28th December 2016 at gate no. 19.

Situation is:.

I was waiting in the line for boarding after completing all the needful procedure.Once reaching the final gate where they checked my boarding pass and kept half of the ticket tag, which is suopposed to be with them and they returned the rest of the tickt to me, only then they brought to my notice that I did not have a airline tag on one of my bag.So I was asked to get it from the security counter.(MIND YOU SIR, WE WERE ALREADY LATE BY THEN WHEREAS WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BOARD BEFORE 1.20 PM BUT BOARDING PROCEDURE CONTINUED BEOND 1.20PM, WHEREAS AS PER RULE EVERY CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO GET ENOUGH TIME SOLVE ANY GATE HUSSLE.)

While getting the tag, I unconsciously dropped the boarding pass there at the secutity counter and returned without it.When the asked for the boarding pass at the gate I failed to provide them but they did have my ticket tag with them which proves I misplaced it after the final check and not before that.After searching for sometime, one of them got me a duplicate ticket but inspite of that they cancelled my ticket without any explanation.I was all alone there and this was my first experience in this flight.They did not react towards mr for around 10min and I was standing helpless there.On asking them what should I do further one of the employee instructed the other to get out of the airport without any explanation.

Sir, I see no reason why my problem was not addressed and while I was standing right infront of the gate why I was not allowed to board the flight inspite of having a duplicate flight ticket.They asked me arrange for my own tickets and said they wont provide me with any refund, which utterly against the law.

Therefore sir it is my humble request to you to take strict action against such unprofessional and ill mannered employees plus the flight service and help me get my flight cost back.I am counting on your support so that no such harrassment happens to any another student like me in future.I am willing to file a case as well and take any step to get justice.
