Vistara Airlines — missed my lufthansa international connection

I am Mallika Dey and my booking code is S6G6LY. I have traveled from Kolkata to Munich on 21.12.2018.
I had a flight from Kolkata to New Delhi with Vistara (UK 708) on 21.12.2018 at 8:20 p.m. This flight got delayed by more than 3 hours because of which I missed my Lufthansa connection (LH 763) from New Delhi to Munich scheduled to depart at 01:50 a.m. on 22.12.2018.
I was not offered any alternative flight from Kolkata to New Delhi so that I could get my connection.
Now when I reached New Delhi, I even agreed to fly to Frankfurt (LH 761). However, I was not allowed to board the flight as I reached the check-in desk just under 1 hr to the departure at 3:30 a.m. There was no proper communication between Lufthansa and Vistara for my boarding. I just had a full 45 mins of harassment.
I was not confirmed for any suitable alternative flight to Munich even the next day. The Vistara personnel provided me with no confirmed hopeful alternative.
I had a flight to Rome from Munich on the 23.12.2018. So I could not go on waiting depending on a group of disgusting Vistara staffs. I bought a ticket with Aeroflot to fly from New Delhi to Munich.
I was told at the airport by a Vistara staff (Debasis - Kolkata in-charge) that I would be refunded the money of the Lufthansa + Vistara flight.
I have written repeated emails to their customer relations but they just do not bother to reply. This is very appalling that this airline can put TATA's goodwill at stake so easily. I am not going to let it go very easily. Either you reply or I will just go on blemishing Vistara's name in every forum I can and I am sure you will lose more money than you owe me.
As I live outside India I know very well what kind of impression Indian domestic airlines have on foreigners. I would suggest not to aggravate your bad reputation any more and do some good to yourself.
