Vistara Airlines — money will not refund

Please reply me there cheated me and there will not refund the money. I paid huge amount my family have so mamy problems. I step to wrong way please consider my situation. We are the middle class family we can't handle that situation so please refund my money as early as possible. We have many problems regarding on money management. Please convey my request.
