Dear sir, We are the stuend of the Vtu Belgum region studying in govt engineering college hoovina hadagali, bellary dist, in this collage students suffering from blackmail in the particularly lab and theory examinations some students is getting topers but fail in the lab exams for e&c branch students.not allowed the fx991ES plus calculators, some one using this calcy he blockmail for MPC..how can you do these thing sir..here lot of problem facing in this collage especially Leacher are shivakumar sir, kantharaj sir, ramkrushna metri sir, pleas we requesting sir pleas save the students some one students as attempted for suicide. I want to remove plagiarism check software from vtu because it creating nonsense and not allowing to submit my project thesis. I have published my project on international journal (Ijeart), when i did plagiarism check it is highlighting my own paper which i published in the internet. How can a software reject their own thesis and same author, same person article in the internet, and vtu also want to publish their project thesis to ijeart. Many other collages charging extra fee for plagiarism check for example i paid rs.600 in dayananda sagar college in bangalore but actual fees is rs.85-100. They are not allowing to check others collage students, rv collage also doing the same thing.

My son rohit is a student of pesit, bsc, banglore.His usn no is 1pe15ec123.
His sgpa in 1st semester was 7.75. Result showed that he scored less marks in maths than expected (Grade c).
Accordingly he went in for revaluation.
Surprisingly his grade after reval has become f. How can someone who was above average be failed in reval. It is unlikely that in a subject like maths which is very objective, someone can slide down so low.
Thing requires immediate reconciliation as future of child is at stake.

I was a student of sjmit chiradurga bearing usn number 4sm08ec028 had taken admission in the year 2008 in electronics and communication engineering. I had to leave the course incomplete because of one 4th sem subject lic, for few marks unfortunately. College treated us really bad and was biased towards local students. I was doing well but one subject turned everything upside down and now i am standing directionless because i had come from west bengal with lot of dreams which got shattered. I am not here to blame anyone, i just need my certificates back which is mine and i have every right to take it back.College official are sitting just to make money and not concerned about anything else.I completed 3 years of engineering but could not get to the final year for few marks.I was not even awarded with any grace marks which could have saved my career and future. I write this with immense pain and shame the highly educated people who dont have a heart.On humanitarian grounds if i could be awarded few marks i would be very happy but its too late now. It does not make difference to anyone but it makes a whole world out o[censored]s.I would request to kindly return my document soon. Looking foward to your response at the earliest.

In September 2015 university had issued a circular saying that 2006, 2007 and 2008 batch students can appear for Dec 2015 and July 2016 exams as last chance to clear arrear subjects. But now university has issued a new circular stating that we will not be allowed to apply for 2016 July exams saying that its high court order. Only way to get through this situation is by fighting in high court.

In september 2015 vtu issued a circular saying 2006 batch students are eligible to apply for b.E exams which will be conducted on dec 2015 and may/june/july 2016. But now all of sudden they gave sent out a circular saying 2006 batch students cannot apply for exams. How a university can play with student's career like this? There are many students who did not appear for decmber 2015 exams thinking that they can reapply in 2016. And now vtu is not granting them permission to apply.

I adarsh preet had joined in m.S. Ramaiah institute of technology, bangalore in 2014, and due to some reasons i decided to discontinue the b. Tech (Mechanical) course and accordingly on 28.01.2016 informed the institute principal and requested to return my original documents. The college is asking me to pay the remaining years tuitions fee amounting to rs. 2, 75, 000/-. The college is even not ready to acknowledge my request application for return of original documents. Therefore, i mailed my request to return the original documents on 02.02.2016 on e-mail id sandhu.[protected]@nic.In, bk.[protected]@nic.In, [protected]@msrit.Edu, however, till date no response has been received from the college.
In this regard i would like to invite your kind attention on the following facts :-
1. Ugc vide f.No.-6-1(7)/2006 (Cpp-i) dated[protected] and public notice issued vide f. No. 1-3/2007(Cpp-ii) dated[protected] has instructed the intuitions/ universities not to retain the original certificates in case of students leaving the institutions/university (Copy enclosed).
2. Visvesvaraya technological university, belagavi, karnataka state ( under which ms ramaiah institute of technology, bangalore is recognized ) vide circular vide ref; vtu/gen(3)/2015-16/6427 dated 16.10.2015 has issued direction to the colleges to return the original marks cards and other original documents to the students and not to demand additional fee for the same ( copy enclosed).
3. In the order dated[protected] delivered by justice ajit bharihoke along with member rekha gupta, the national commission observed that ugc had issued a public notice that institutions and universities were not permitted to forcefully retain student by holding on to the original documents such as leaving certificate, mark sheet, caste certificate, etc. The commission included that instructions o[censored]gc were binding on institutions. A college cannot frame its own terms and conditions which are contrary to the ugc instructions. In the case of conflict, the directions of the ugc will be binding.
4. The hon’ble gujarat high court at ahmadabad in the judgment dated 10th march, 2014 rendered in special civil application no. 18082/2013 in the case of c/sca/8884/2014 judgment monil prakashchandra thakur v. State of gujarat held that “ in the present case as well, there is no rule or regulation of respondent no. 3- college requiring payment of fees for the entire duration of the course or for retention of the original documents in lieu thereof. In the absence of any such rule or regulation, respondent no.-3 college cannot retain the original documents of the petitioner”.
Prayer
I am a poor scheduled caste student and i am not in a position to pay the entire course fees for getting back the original certificates. I have already paid two years fees (For the year 2014-15 and 2015-16). I request you to look into the matter sympathetically and to save the future of a poor scheduled caste student kindly issue directions to ms ramaiah institute of technology, bangalore to return the original documents so that i can take admission in other course. I shall be highly obelized for your kind consideration.

I am an MBA graduate,[protected] batch. In my final semester, i has one back log in FM and clear it on December 2013 itself. the Result came on first weak of January 2014. So obviously the certificate should reach at home on 2015. Unfortunately we haven't received it on 2015.

This has also happened to my class mate and we two are the only student of[protected] batch who has not received the certificate.

The common factor between us was, due to our working company demand, we both requested for Provisional Degree Certificate on 2014, May.

My Register no. is 1AM11MBA52. Presently i am working in Dubai.

These are few more incidences that add and reflect the ongoing corruption & irregularities occurring in vtu. Likeminded people can support & fight the injustice done to sincere and honest teachers and students. 1. The corruption racket that occurred in 2014 while filling the various posts under vtu reached the government level, still not solved. 2. The vtu phd entrance exams valuations are fixed and corrupt. The mass corruption that occurred in 2015 can be challenged by anybody interested. 3. Even the vtu phd course work valuations are fixed similarly from many years. 4. Take the latest case of the present bos chairman of vtu mca department. His phd under tamilnadu state university is not at all valid. Hardly he has worked under vtu for 2 years. He is already guiding three students under vtu. Any such incidences you come across, publicise it so that corruption can be kept under check and justice meeted out.

It is my humble request that vtu extends the completion time from 8 years to 10 years. Students who are trying to complete and are not able to, feel like they are getting cheated. Vtu claims they are producing quality engineers by doing so. But if the same officials are put in our place, i'm sure they will take more than 10 years to do the same. So, please reconsider this stupidity of limiting the completion time. Try and try till you succeed, how to succeed, when we are not allowed to try any more.

Sir, VTU issuing marks card per semester. But the problem is if anything backlog is there means they won't consider that marks later if we cleared, only first attempt marks is considered. Why they are not considering marks if the candidate cleared backlogs by there efforts. This is not good, if something problem(health or personal) happened to the candidate and couldn't clear exam, there career will be spoiled by this pattern. Getting good percentage in this university is difficult compare to others and they are considering only percentage only because of that lot of candidate not eligible to apply job. It means we have to study for passing marks for next attempt in order get certificate. With our knowledge we are getting marks why they are not considering that marks. Now I'm able to clear all kind of exam but I'm not eligible to apply because of first attempt marks...

I am currently a FEMALE student with VTU having 2 backlogs and belonging to the 2002 scheme, 2005 batch, BE . You know very well the INDIAN society that nobody wants to marry with just 12th pass, IInd PUC or diploma pass girl.so, It is the crucial issue of our survival and our family. You are also a parent and have a family so that you know very well our problem, condition of girl in INDIAN society, value of 10 years.so, give us one year extension to complete the degree on humanitarian ground. Vtu recently issued a ultimatum that the course duration will not extended and this means i have lost my eligibility.It is really unfortunate for all students belonging to the 2005 batch considering the fact that students belonging to the 2002 batch, 2003 batch as well as 2004 batch were given an extension up to 13, 12, 11 years.I request VTU to kindly consider our cases and request you to give us an extension as we students have had various issues in our lives due to which we still haven't completed our course within the prescribed duration.we are ready to accept all condition in written that we will not request for another chance to complete the degree.we are ready to pay fine to survive.We(2005 batch students) belong to same scheme like 2002, 2003 and 2004 batch (2002 scheme), so atleast give us one another year extension to complete the degree. At this point short closing our career hopes and by giving us a NFT is literally going to render our lives useless and pointless.10 years of our lives will be treated as baseless and we will be left with absolutely no hope with our careers.It feels more like being treated like a criminal or rather a social outcast.The trauma and the emotions will only lead to further depression and cause of concern for our families.It is the question of our life and death.Our life and death are in your hand. I thereby once again request VTU officials to kindly reconsider its decision and kindly give us an extension like the previous batches to 1 more year(even if it is with a fine) instead of cutting out our hopes and lives by giving us NFT certificates.

Respected evaluator i 6th sem student have 3rd sem btd(10me33) back, so im not eligible for final year because of only one paper and i have an internal average of 9 marks in btd subject i need 41 marks to pass.i have taken 35 marks still i need 6 marks to pass that subject. although ihave written paper very good.please check my paper correctly in revaluation i have applied for photocopy and revaluation both

Respected sir, we are the students of vtu and we are very disappointed by torture of this university .These people are playing with our future like hell..We took admission last year in scheme[protected].This scheme was too tough and because of that now our future is in dark .When these people observed that it is not going good so again at the end of the year they changed there scheme with the continution of scheme 2010.BUT WHAT ABOUT OUR ONE YEAR WHICH GOT SPOILED BECAUSE OF THIS ONE YEAR SCHEME?70%of students are suffering and almost 60 to 50% people are getting year back .We people are feeling like to attempt suicide here.We are begging here to remove year back scheme for this year, , please take some action or else many lives will be ruined. I know i have potential and i can do .Please help us.And moreover this vtu helpline no and collages contact numbers are damm disgusting literally.Whenever we call to ask it will be busy or switch off.And day before yesterday was hell, whichever number i was calling these people were giving some another numbers and on those numbers the person who was speaking WAS RUDE LIKE HELL.just hate this education system.Just for one year these people played with our future...We are students not toys and our life is not a playgame for this disguisting vtu and education system.These people want safe side thats why just before the exams they changed the scheme .I request you from the bottom of my heart to take any action and to remove this year back system just for our batch, please dont play with our future please . Hello, Im a B.Arch student who just completed 4th semester. I always used to get good marks in Architectural design(AD). But this time in 4th semester THE EXTERNAL WHO CAME BEHAVED VERY RUDELY AND WAS ASKING ME QUESTIONS IN HINDI!!! I answered all her questions even though hindi was not the medium of instruction which I chose!! I kept quiet after jury as my seniors said thats how jury will be and I had good work !! When the results came out IT WAS SHOCKING TO SEE THAT I GOT ONLY PASSING MARKS THATS 80/200!! Im ready to show and explain my work right now. BUT I WANT THE MARKS WHICH MY WORK DESERVES!!! Im not ready to accept this marks which is never equal to the work I have!! This is really disappointing to see that i got this marks which i never got before!! THIS IS NOT WHAT I JOINED ARCHITECTURE FOR !!! Im not ready to lose my marks because some teacher's carelessness or I dont know what to call it !! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!

Respected vtu. I am a student studying in 3rd year 6th sem, b.arch . I gave my final exams. A particular subject called building construction. I had done all my working sheets, and i answered al my viva questions correctly. Yet, i hav been failed in tat subject. I strictly believe tat it has happened due to the negligence of the external jury. I can prove tat my sheets are worth getting good marks, and i answered my viva questions correctly. Please take this into consideration. Else i would be forced to make a police complaint regarding that. As its the matter of my career and my future.
