Sir, i am student of final year civil engineering in KCT Engineering college. i want to tell you about the HOD of CIVIL Branch that he is asking BRIBE of RUPEES 30000/- (thirty Thousand) from each group of project from all students.. some students already paid the money because HOD TANVEER ASIF ZERDI say that he will not pass us and not give us marks in our project work and seminar presentation he is saying that if any student complaint about Bribe then he will fail his all year in engineering course. he is saying that he is having big connections in Vishveshvariah Technological University and that no action will be taken on him from university because he has links. last year also some students complaint on him. but when VTU TEAM came the student kept quite because he threatened students to not make any written complaint everubody is scared and silently pay the money. he did not help with the project and he does not know anything. all his degrees are from open university. . he not able to teach single subject.. he has no skill. still is in post of HOD. no action is taken on him by college. all students want to complain but nobody has the guts. i dont want to fail sir. i am from family and not able to the money. he is calling students on their mobile phones and asking for money. also he is taking money from third year students for viva of survey and after survey visit, he asking for gifts from students like a TITAN watch, a water cooler and also he took one air conditioner from student money. nobody is giving complaint on him because he is telling hes has links in all of VTU and he will not pass. i am very tired after studying hard on all my subject and still he asking money to pass.. if i fail in the subject i have studied because of HOD, i will not be able to answer my parents and i will COMMIT SUICIDE. i have no option i am very poor and not able to money.. please do inquiry about his DEGREE, QUALIFICATION, THE WATER COOLER, THE A/C AND HIS MONEY i dont want to tell my name because i am scared he will come to know that i did complaint and fail me PLEASE HELP ME SIR. I AM VERY HELPLESS. PLEASE HELP ME. i dont want to do suidcide i want to become engineer and live happily for my parents. help me

I just today came across a detained boy is expecting to clear all his subjects this time by lending money to college officials to allow him to copy . WTF!! Students spend their nights and take lot of patience in facing those highly standard and difficult subjects, though they are not going to get satisfied results.its a big mental torture, but these like students do it very easily, please take necessary steps and please avoid such things happening around and bring justice to hard workers.

Respected sir/madam, I am Nesar Pavan of vidyavardhaka college of engineering, Mechanical 2010 batch, Mysore . i had one single back( Design 2-Mechanical) of 6th sem . i have written excellently, no doubt of passing . but i was given 15 marks, so i applied for photocopy as well as for revaluation . After getting the photocopy corrected from respective lecturers i was told that i was not given proper marks . And in revaluation i got 21marks where i needed 8 more to clear, which i should get genuinely. i was in hopes that i can clear in challenge valuation which the varsity has notified thar CRV still exists for batches prior to 2011, but yet again the rules are changed . Since its an issue of my career and as im not aware of what to do now, i request you to suggest me of advices of what can be done to ask for my genuine marks, please do oblige .

Hi, I am Anusha A with USN 1MV08EC012 and have passed out of Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology (Sir MVIT, Bangalore) from Electronics and Communication branch in the year 2012. Year of Entrance - 2008 Year of Leaving - 2012 I had applied for 10 official transcripts in December 2014 for the purpose of higher studies (MS). But the university has wrongly printed the year of entry as 1983, instead of 2008.This applies to all 10 transcripts. This is highly disappointing as transcripts are considered as the official proof of my undergraduate degree and this mistake in turn will affect my admission prospects from some good universities in the USA. Also, I have spent 1600 INR for these documents and they are a waste now. I request you to take an action immediately and I expect an assurance that this mistake will not repeat when I reapply for transcripts. Regards, Anusha A

Sir, Vtu belagavi correction method of answer booklet is very bad... They force students to spend money on revaluation of paper without giving photo copy of answer booklet. . In this way they are making money and exploiting the career of students

Dear sir/madam, I am writing this compliant against the HOD of Mtech computer science branch of Nitte Meenakshi college Bangalore. As a parent I am very much concerned about my child future studying in that college and in computer science course. My child comes home daily with depression and tension and with full of anxiety on face. I have admitted my child to do Mtech. But I find every student studying in that department under are harrassessed literally. Students are forced to do project of what HOD likes itseems not what the students like. My child very day doing her project under her HOD is been mentally tortured. They work on some outdated technology every student keeps speaking there. I have a doubt whether I am sending my child to college or as a slave to somebody's life. I think VTU has a rule of doing one project but there my child is doing so many implementations project. Nearly 4-5 methods have been done and still that Head of the department does not agree and tells she will extend the degree for 3 months or 1 year and tells she will not take project review . She speaks to students like - you all have purchased BE degree .. Purchased BE marks by giving money to the VTU. Is there something scheme like that in VTU having paying money and getting marks and degree certificate. I have seen every one studying and getting marks and degree, I was surprised hearing this . How can a well educated lady being the head of a department can speak this. One more thing for the computer mouse. The department has told they have lost 25 mouse from lab and the students have picked it . How unfair can some one make such weird conclusion. All students were asked to pay Rs200 per head to department to get mouse. If they had not paid then the HOD had decided not to take some project review. This is not a good behavior of a department grabbing money when it is the duty of the college to make sure they have necessary infrastructure.for the students. The HOD has made a rule of keeping students till 4:10pm by signing some register. If any student wishes to come early because of important work or because of health issues, the students are not let to go. After signing at 4:10pm students have to rush to their buses and they find no seat available in the bus. What all of this nuisance is about. Please stop this racket. It is my request on behalf of all parents and students to take strict action against that HOD of mtech computer science branch and to remove her from that post. I even heard that HOD has her BE and MTech in electronics branch but how is she an HOD of computer science when she does not know anything of acamadics and she does not even give time for reading the subjects prescribed by VTU. Please take this into consideration and take strict action. Regards

Also the circular/Notification clearly says that the university or its legal representative is fed up extending the Maximum duration for the completion of the Course to students as they approach Judicial Body and students are benefitted in getting eligibility to higher academic years. Our Question is to why do we all not bow to the Judgments of the respective courts. We being students when filed a petition against the year back rule(or the carry over systems) and were defeated, We all respected the judgment of the court even though it was against us. Earlier Vice Chancellors or the Concerned Registrars had extended the Maximum duration for the completion of the course on humanitarian grounds. Even the current Vice Chancellor Mr Maheshappa had also given permission to 2002 batch students who had effectively completed their 8th semesters but had arrear subjects to take up their back papers on last Academics. 2002 batch students should have completed their course on 2010, However two more years were still extended and still given a chance last academics.(So they had around 14 years of time to complete their B.E course) I kindly request Mr K.E Prakash, Registrar(Academics) to continue the Extension rules made earlier and also to extend two years for 2005 batches on the same humanitarian grounds as we are also similar human beings, Also: 1.All the students have already paid the College fees varying from 40, 000/- C.E.T seat fees to 1, 50, 000 Management seats and the fee would not be re-umberesed from the college end. 2.All of our Tenth i.e S.S.L.C and Twelth i.e P.U.C (Or Diploma for diploma Students)Marks Cards would have been preserved in colleges and colleges would never return us until we pay the entire four year college fees even if we attend or dont attend the classes, (Eligible or In eligible to attend higher semesters). Because of this our entire lives would have been ruined off as either we are completing our B.E courses, Nor getting admitted to other colleges of other universities, Nor getting employed elsewhere as our original marks cards ie 10th 12th and Diplama Marks cards would be retained by our respective colleges and they would hand over only when we pay the college fees for all the academical years. Also the money (College fees, Lakhs of Donation, Examination fee, Revaluation fee, Photocopy fee, tuttion fees) what we have already paid for two or three years would be wasted and the precious time also would be wasted. Consequences of this would not only make a person's life undergraduate, but bind him off in all directions and even stop him in doing alternative measures . A student would unnecessarily never commit suicide even though he fails, but only does when he thinks that all the doors are closed for him. Students would either turn as drug addicts nor spend their time in illegal antisocial activities as they NOTHING CAN BE DONE. A few months back when we (a group of students of 2005 batch) had been to VTU, Belgaum to meet the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar, but however we were not even given permission to meet them, instead a representative was made to interact with us, He was very rude and straight forwardly told us that this would never be possible and would happen only when political power is influenced. The main reason for students to remain in the same academical year is due to the Negligence in Valuation and revaluation as many o[censored]s would have not been awarded the desired marks. There are many students to pass the degree or to get the Eligibility for higher semesters failing in just one subject, not less than or equal to 5 marks being awarded to them would make them pass in the particular subject. The students claims that he has done much better compared to the last time and has been awarded the same marks what he had scored last time. Photocopy being showed to the respective lecturers of colleges would assure us of we getting the passing marks in revaluation but we would have not got after seeing our revaluation results. The reason for this would be nothing but: 1. LOW Valuation Sum given to the Lecturers/Assistant professors for valuing the answer scripts. 2. Appointing or allowing the same valuators for consecutive valuation and revaluation. 3. Negligence work related to VTU Third Party Vendors Like mind logix 4.Awarding Internal assessment Marks by the lecturers on basis of caste, religion and gender of the student IS Grace marks policy(award of Maximum up to five grace marks) not being implemented! Consequences of this would be we advising all our future generation average students not to opt for engineering in Non Autonomous VTU affiliated Engineering colleges as it would be very difficult for the average students to pass. Kindly we do request the Concerned VTU officials to arrange executive Council meeting, academic senate meeting and then make necessary changes and implement the Circulars to save all our lives, do equal justice to all batch students. Dear Sir/Madam, I Sonali Dalai (PGCET Number - 300916, ENROLMENT ID : AG145) state most humbly that I had participated in first counselling for PGCET 2014. My GATE score is 495 and I got 271 rank in PGCET. I am interested in Power Electronics. And I have to do it in a college in Bellary only because my husband works there.During first counselling period Ballari Institute of Technology & Management had not got approval for its M.Tech Course in Power Electronics from VTU. According to college's instructions I appeared for second counselling too hoping that the college may get its approval for its M.Tech in Power Electronics.That did not happen in second counselling too. Finally I paid the fees and joined the college for M.Tech in Digital Electronics. The Third counselling started at 6 pm on 22/09/14 and got over within a short time on 25/09. I did not get any message from kea regarding Third counselling. The college got its approval for Power Electronics but I could not apply because I was unaware of third counselling. I enquired to the college if I could change my seat from M.Tech in Digital Electronics to M.Tech in Power Electronics but the college authorities asked me to enquire with KEA. I called KEA. KEA tells only college can help me. I am in a quicksand now though no fault of my own. I want Power Electronics because it is my dream, my passion. Please help me in getting my desired seat either by extending counselling date or granting permission to college.

My son is studying in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He and his friends say that the staff and management of RGIT misuses many rules given by VTU. One such important one is regarding attendance. They cut the attendance if the student have not submitted the assignment or if they are angry with the students. There are many such cases seen. My son's friends also have been telling a lot about many things. They demand huge amount of fine like 30000 to 40000rs. Last year there was a strike regarding this. Due to which they detained many of the students. Dear authority You are not building the career of students instead you are giving them an opportunity to play with the career of the students. Please organize an inspection in RGIT, Bangalore. Keep the staff away and talk to the students about the problems they face. In the end whatever happens to a student. To some extend you are responsible for it. MD of this college has himself told many students regarding his crores of loan in the bank. And the most easy way for him is to take it from students. Dear sir Sub:No notification on special supplementary exam for VTU Engineering students I am a student of VTU from a very reputed Engineering college in Bangalore. I joined 2nd year B.E(VTU) through lateral entry in the year 2011.Those coming into this scheme(lateral entry) must clear few subjects like (CIP, CIV, DIPMAT-1, DIPmat-2) during any Semester during engineering. However this subjects will not be given any grade or certificate nor coaching, attendance etc. Students who fail to clear this subjects during three years of engineering have one last chance to take-up special Supplementary exam after successful completion of eighth Sem(with no backlogs).But this year there is no notification regarding this exam in website. Even after calling VTU regional office there is no proper response from VTU. Today they inform it has been cancelled.All these days we were preparing for these exams not going for job and even attended tuitions paying 5 to 10k for crash course. Normally special supplementary is conducted in the month of September. The major problem of writing this exam in regular Sem is year of passing in our degree certificate would be 2015.This is a very serious issue but one is there to help since we are already out of college. Dear Sir/Madam, I am Manjunath.T bearing USN number 1AY05EC 035 had applied for photocopy revaluation on 9/8/2014 for the subject 06AL517 (Management & Entrepreneurship (06AL517).I have not received the results nor photocopy as on 9/9/2014.Taken up the issue with VTU and sent Emails (at least 7-8 emails with the necessary details since 8/9/2014 till 9/9/2014)They replied at first not applied for revaluation on 8/9/2014.Immediately sent the details of ack number of application then they sent a User ID and password to open the answer script in VTU web site.Sucesfully logged in and changed the password, but when searched for the answer script displays"no records found"that means the answer sheet not uploaded.How many ever times tried the same response.The same has been escalated again to VTU atleast 4 times through emails till now( from 8/9/2014 4.30pm to 9/9/2014 11.14 am) no response.Called customer care over phone they never pick up and answer.The purpose of photocopy making available to the students with payment of rs 400/- is defeated.

Respected Sir/mam, the internal marks has to be given on the basis of the marks scored in 2 internal exams conducted by the college and the average of those two have to be taken, but in our college they are going against the rules. They are conducting 6 unit tests of 10 marks each in every subject and 3 internals as well of 15 marks each in all the subjects. This will be pressure on the students and even as they will be considering internal marks average of all 6 tests and two internals, our marks will come down. Please, Kindly do the needfull.

I am a student from DBIT bangalore from 2007 batch. I have not cleared the subjects to get promoted to Last year due to NFTC rule. This NFTC rule says that we need to complete engineering in 8 years. However, I have checked and most of the students in past got 2 years rebate in this rule. Can i go to court for requesting an extension in NFTC rule so I can clear my engineering. sir, We are the students of M-Tech II Sem[protected] in our paper of Electromagnetic compatibility for VTU exam paper is not unique and most of the important topics were left and 6th question is not from our syllabus. So please enquiry about that and take necessary action before release of results.

I have written my exams in the December 2013 but they are not giving my results. My usn no 1BT03EC060 of Visvesvaraya Technological University of B T L Institute of Technology and Management. They tell that I have completed 10 years so they will not give results. I asked them then why they collected fee and gave hall ticket. First I met Register he didn't help me nor he told to help he made me not to get the result. When I went to meet Register of Evaluation that day they told me to meet Special Officer named Dishuk he didn't even see my letter he told get out. Is this the type of person VTU employees. It is not my mistake it is the university mistake that it has accepted my fee through online. For that Vice Chancellor dint even listen to my words he called to attendants to push me out. When I met Register of Evaluation he dint even see the letter he sent me out saying that it is the college fault. Register of Evaluation gave some slip to the person who is in Evaluation Ashok he is not at all accepting to give me the result. So for this they have to take action against the Vice Chancellor, Register, Register Evaluation, Special Officer and Ashok who is in Evaluation. But after this complaint they may manipulate my result as failed. They tell that they is no use talking to me. University is there to serve students. They talk of the rules then why they are not letting my results because of Bribe. Vice Chancellor was cot in the anti bribe the case got closed and he is not going against rules but he has gone against all the rules of spoiling the students life. I am not steeling any thing I asked my results. He is not at all considering my letter that I had to face lots of health problems in my life for which I was operated 7 times for breathing problem and met an accident for which I had Nee joint Fracture. No university in India has exploited students like in VTU. If you can prove that we have given chance to other student then we will give you a chance. How can I find VTU give chance to how by taking how much bribe. This was told by all the highly designated people who I met. That means that if I give bribe to Maheshappa the Vice Chancellor, Register Prakash, Register of Evaluation Shekarappa, Special Officer Dilshuk and Ashok. They told me if I give you a chance also you will not complete the course who is he to insult the student and make him feel inferior is this the type of people the university is having and not helping the students. They tell you tell any one student whom we have permitted to complete the course after 10 years. How cab I get to see VTU records and there manipulation by taking bribe. They are not at all letting to complete they are making the students not to get what they want. The Vice Chancellor nor Register nor Register nor Register Evaluation nor Special Officer nor Subordinate Ashok helped me to get the results instead they played with me and insulted me. If the problem is in there end they will not accept it. Because they will be caught. My request is this is the only university creating problems in India. They have to change the rules in the favor of students. Otherwise they will spoil the future of the students and the society. This is noting but kill the future of the student. My no [protected]

Sir, My Name is vinaya James. I have completed MCA and have 4 year working experience in an MNC as software engineer. I wish to continue my studies so decided to join in Mtech program In bangalore VTU is the main university which provide Mtech for working professionals. I have contacted them for admission, but they refused by saying as per VTU rules and regulations MCA people are not eligible for Mtech. In India all universities including IIT's are ready to take MCA people under Mtech program why this university is not ready. Please have a look into this issue. Thanks, Vinaya James

I don't understand what kind was cheap university is this. Every sem they correct "SO PERFECTLY" that we students have to apply for revaluation. And even if we don't require photocopy we are forced to take so that they can make freaking 500 rupees per subject just send a mail. Then we apply for revaluation by again paying 400 more per subjects and then even almost 24 marks more money isnot refunded. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE.. we have to pay this goddamm university to get marks we deseve . VTU SUCKS

My fourth sem MBA results are not showing. I got all the other sem results properly and i has no dues so far. The result is showing as "Result is not yet available for this university seat number or it mght not be a valid university seat number". I am the only MBA student in my college. Even my juniors results are published and still not yet mine. Is there any way to know my result unofficially through vtu? Please tell me a way to solve this problem.
