Iam Sowmya C.R. i completed my MBA in NCET college for the year[protected], my USN NO - 1NC06MBA35 and I applied for my convoction certificate on November 2009 but still now i did not received that certificate. Regarding this problem i called to VTU belgam 10-15 times but they are telling 2 call 1 week later, 2 week later according to them i do on calling them continuosly for 1 month but they did not responded me correctly, after this i send a post a letter enclosing all the documents(i.e., Copy of DD, Application) but still today they did not responed. So please enquire them and help me to issue the Convocation certificate for me.

I am Karthik.B, I completed my B.E (E & C) in City Engineering College, Bangalore in Jan 2011 examination, my USN NO – 1CE06EC030 and I had applied for my convoction certificate on 20th May 2010, but till now i have not received my degree certificate from VTU. Regarding this problem i called and approached to VTU regional office, Bangalore many times but they are saying the degree certificate will come to the address specified by us within a month. But it has been few months since then, I have not yet received the certificate to my home address which i had specified in the convocation application form. Kindly help me regarding this issue and please confirm me that when i will be getting my degree certificate and please confirm me whether my convocation certificate has been dispatched to my address or not. If dispatched please mail me the name of the courier, courier number along with date of dispatch.

vtu services sucks... wheneven i try callin the univ regardin the degree certificate what i have not received yet, it is either busy or they dont receive the call

Even i'm struggling to get my convocation certificate even after visiting the VTU Belgaum campus, after i traveled more than 1000km the response i got from them is they haven't received an application for the same from my college. Whom should i blame for this?? I've my VISA processing very soon and i'm made to travel between Bangalore-Belgaum multiple times. God Save Me and my job.

I had applied for an all in one consolidated marks card For MCA i.e [1st to 4th sem] on my reg no. 3RB05MCA20 on 10th January, 2011 vide DD for an amount of Rs.1200. However till date i have not received my marks card. I have also contacted the VTU-Belgaum office.

i have attended my 8th sem exam on june 2009, and i have failed in two subjects.and i have cleared these two subjects in june 2011. i atended jan 2010 exam but i could not cleared those subjects.and i didn't atended the june 2010 exam as well as jan 2011 exam.and i cleared those subjects in june 2011 exam.

Hello...if I have online copies of markscard which original marks card till not come to the college, than can I get the consolidate marks card ?

Its not one or two, many of the students are suffering silently under their clutches.The institution which is suppose to imbibe the moral values and ethics into the students minds itself is taking a diversion and showing its ugly part of partiality to us.Our woes are also left unheard and everybody are turning a deaf ear to it.Somehow vtu must take things seriously until its too late.

In RVCE there is open cast ism & open partiality. Some foolish professors r there they don't have sense that this is democracy, i think they are brought up from some tribal & backward area where democracy least exist. Basically they are teachers suitable to primary schools & high schools. These people are of very small thinking. By doing such things they can not stop somebody's growth. In architecture dept. very funny scene is there, two ladies & one male professors are there. They literally don't let HOD to go with his own head. Don't let him stay alone & doing there Manmani. this dept should have studio culture, but this dept is most dead dept. these ladies not seen seen world beyond RV, they always think whatever happens in RV is ideal. go & see other colleges...RV architecture produce dump architects because of system. they don't let the student grow freely...that is require in creative line. I request VTU & AICTE to look into this matter. Because somebody should bring in notice to them that doing castism is crime, if somebody complain they can be behind bars.

I really feel i have taken admission in backward area college where people have very small thinking. These professors who think they are from upper cast are they really? They have such a backward thinking..Its a really research topic who is really backward?
I will not suggest anybody to take admission in such college.

Keep writing letters to AICTE, Human Resource ministry (Central & state), because it comes under that ministry, I have also written. You should always fight for rights. These backward people should know they are in democratic country where there are laws to be followed.

another main thing, talk openly about this even about dress codes. These people should know how backword thinking they have evenif professionally qualified. What's the use of education?

our college "Bangalore College Of Engeneering And Technology" has big campus but no use.Ther's no campus selection.The management is not taking any interest about campus selection.The students are deciding to close the college within a year.. Please my very kind request to vtu please take any action. The lecturers who comes for do not any thing.. The 90% of the lecturers tamilian and let them be but not teaching well.. I was having seats in other college because of train facility was there so i joined... in first round i got CITY ENGINEERING COLLEGE it was far for me travel.. If any of the officer come to our college and ask each student in every branch and take the decision.. I assure that everyone will say beautifuull woeds of college..

PLEASE DONT GIVE MANAGEMENT TO TAMILNADU PLEASE TAKEOVER BY KARNATAKA.. Because of this reason the trusty of our college not improving our college instead he's building new colleges in tamilnadu by taking our money..

Hi im 2005-09 batch vtu student now doing M tech i still haven't get my degree certificate
i called vtu belgaum[protected] lots of time but they didn't pick the call. one day they picked and told me to call on evening, again i called but they again told call in morning. just like that they did many times. after 15days again i called they told u haven't applied!!!.
i shocked to here that i payed 1100 rs including 8th sem exam fee but they telling you are not applied and u have to apply with 700 rs(included penalty), i wont have even xerox copy of the form which i have submitted.so its my humble request to those people who working in vtu don't play on students money. And also to my vtu friends pls take the xerox copy of any filled form related to vtu, its help you to get justice. thanku

Its always better to go to VTU Belgaum to collect the certificates..
I would be doing that, but one of my 6th sem markscard is missing, can i apply for the same there?
Will I get my PDC in a day or 2?
Also any documents to be submitted for PDC when you are going there?

I have not received my convocation certificate even though i passed out in June 2010.I have benn trying to contact VTU my phone, email but I have not got any response.People have advised to go to Belgaum and get the certificate but I want to confirm their working days and hours before i apply a for leave frrom work and make that journey.
Can anyone please tell me if they work on Saturdays and how long does it normally take to get the certificate once you get to their office?

Will VTU issue PDC after i received Convocation certificate ? Why i need PDC is because the convocation certificate contains the date when i received for eg : Conatins date as April 2011 it rather than my actual passing year is July 2010. My company is requesting for it.

I'm highly disappointed with the correction! Our efforts is all in vain.. :( i never expected a back in CN2. this is my 1st back and i have aggregate of 68.67%
I'm in 7th sem and its the time for placements. i'm not eligible for most of the good companies since i have a current backlog.
I checked my photocopy to see whr ws i wrong. I hadn't mentioned question number for 2 questions (16 marks) to wch dey have written NA in mark sheet. Dat means a 0!!! Its because of my little carelessness I agree but dey shudnt have flunked me :'(

VTU there is no rule nothing ..it is running only on money ..to get through exams u pour money u get marks or your life is spoiled..it so happened in revaluation students are getting more then 50% of marks ..thr is no rule and regulation for revaluation? i[censored] pay u will pass or they will just add 1 or 2 mark that's all. If anyone of you have any grievances not only related to the above, also related to other scams that was during Dr H Maheshappa's rule like irregularities in recruitment, tender, misuse of corpus and university fund etc, you can please write letters to the Retired Justice K N Keshavanarayana Sir who has been appointed by the Governor of Karnataka @ " Justice K N Keshavanarayana, Former Judge, High Court of Karnataka, 10/11, Manasa Singopore Gardens, Greenfields-1, Gubbalaala gate, Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore 560062.

I kindly request students to come forward and post a copy of the photocopies of your answer booklets along with the answers contained in the prescribed text book pages to the above said address.

Kindly do attest related proofs along with a letter for all the related scams that Dr H Maheshappa is facing so far.

I have got detained coz of 5 subjects out of which 2 I have not attended due to health issues..
In remaining 3 subjects I had applied for revaluation, and as per my lecturer valuated my photocopy I need 14 marks but in revaluation not even a single mark have increased..
I dont know what to do now..
Please help me out if there is any other option of getting my paper valuated again so that my one year will not b wasted..

As per the vtu is concerned its the university where u enrolled to get a technical degree and vtu ensures you keep roll in it they don't check the answer what we write in the answer script they check how much is written they don't concern what student understands just is the answer booklet is filled that's it please don't enroll in vtu change the university go for autonomous

I got 28 marks in mathematics2... After revaluation not even one mark is increased... N more over its a year back just because of one subject... Which they have not evaluated properly... After seeing photocopy im supposed to pass... But evaluation should be done properly... Its students life... Its not easy for everyone

This is a student who is pursuing engineering under VTU . I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW what the heck is happening with the students studying under VTU. Many of my friends, had backlogs for the subjects for which they were not supposed to be failed. They had applied for the photocopies which clearly indicated that they had scores eligible to be passed . But after revaluation results, not even a single mark has been increased inspite of them having proof in thier hands. When approached the main headquarters of VTU at Belagaum, they treated them including many of such students in an unfair manner. Inspite of keeping them waiting for 3-4 long hours, they have scolded them not to waste their time. When they care about their time this much, what about them wasting an year of so many students ? Why are they playing with young innovative minds ? Why so much of negligence towards students' life? Every year same thing is happening with oodles of lives, who'll answer all these ?
Lets raise our voice against this injustice against our friends . This is from a helpless student who cares about his/her friends.

Is it necessary to write question number in every page of answer sheet in Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU)?

Boss i am 2005 passout and missed the degree since no one was at my home the time Postman came and since then i am trying to contact university people but everything went in vain.No response from them.

I faced the same problem. I sent Degree Certificate for name correction, but even after 3 months i didn't recieve it. Each time i call them they say they sent through speedpost.When i ask speedpost tracking number they are refusing to give it.

Only way i had to get my certificate back was to apply for Duplicate.
