I applied for migration certificate dated 5/11/2018 paid the fees and sent through post to vtu belgaum. It says that they are going to send directly to the university which i am pursuing studies currently. I enquired with the admin department and they said that they haven't received the copy. My usn is 1am13me016. Your response to this would help me

I'm chaithra s (1pn12ec003) pnsit student batch 2012. I'm otes student. My 7th and 8th sem ia marks are not sent to the vtu by pnsit.. And i paid my annual fees also but i have to attend my 7th and 8th sem exam in dbit. Dbit telling now again to pay annual fees. Without solving my problem pnsit just closed the college. Now frequently i asking the college authorities to help but they are not listening my problem also. Pnsit secretary mr shreenivas telling that we didn't uploaded anything but he's saying that they sended all documents to vtu belgaum. Even i visited vtu bangalore region, there one of the examination section person told me that to attend the exam first and check the results whether they uploaded or not by the vtu belaguam then get to know is your ia marks are included or not.. So i am in dilemma please take some action are procedures to be done sir.. Totally i'm hopeless and fed up with this problem...

And i have paid the convocation fee at beginning only will i get the convocation in 2019 or should i need to pay another time for convocation. Please inform me as soon as possible

I have applied for transcripts almost more than a month ago. I still havent received it. Whom can i contact for this?

I am beginning to apply for universities for my higher studies and i wont be able to without transcripts. Kindly help. Any suggestion on whom i can contact would be helpful. Keeping the time in mind, i have applied for transcripts as early as possible, but now i am struck without any confirmation. No sms/mail updates anything.
How do i contact them atleast for a status update

I am a student of vtu affiliated college.
I have applied for re-evaluation for the last two semesters and i have been awarded by 10 and 12 marks respectively.
But i didn't get the amount back.
It's a very bad habit of vtu of reevaluation scam.
Unnecessarily there are reducing the marks, so that the fellow students can apply for it.

I had applied for the 8 backs i had. And one of those was mp of my 4th semester. Yesterday in the results it showed oops instead of mp which i had already cleared which has resulted in a year back. Where as had mp been revaluated i would have passed and not gotten a year back. Please help me look into this and clear without a year back as soon as possible

In have applied for duplicate marks with all required documents and paid through online, but my application got rejected stating that dd amount is not found, as i paid through online and attached the receipt too with all document
I don't know why my application is got rejected. Almost from 10 days i daily reaching out to your support team, but no one is responding properly/or not providing solution for the cause.

I am student of engineering (Karavali institute of technology manglore). I had to change my college due to the atmospheric conditions and other medical issues. I asked my institute to give the noc and other documents, but there are asking to pay other 3 years fees which cannot me afford by my parents. Hello, i'm shaheena begum. I'm a 2018 pass out in be, ece branch. Usn:4so14ec0828. I have recieved marks cards from 1 to 7 semesters till now. Only recently did i realize that my father name is incorrectly spelled as "ibrahim khaleel" instead of "ebrahim khaleel". Please tell me how to apply for a new set of all marks cards with correct name printed on it.

I have applied for duplicate degree certificate as I required the same for my higher education. Prior to that, I enquired the procedure with the Registrar of Evaluation at VTU, Belgavi. I followed all the rules paid the exorbitant fees and they told that it will take 3 days for processing. I applied for the same on 13.07.2018 and I have no status of my application. The same registrar has stopped responding even after sending a lot of mails. Today (20.07.2018), they say it is under process and will take 10 more days. I have made many plans and commitments based on the date given by them before. Now this delay has exceeded all the margins I had kept and puts my higher education plans in doubt. This is not at all expected from VTU with the worst helpline and officers who don't respond at all.

Sir/madam, i am a student of sdmcet, dharwad. We face problem in the matter of fees of summerterm courses. The fees is 2500 per subject and 500 per subject seperate for hall ticket. It is really high compare to other colleges. And now, we need put fees of makeup including stcc fees together incase if a student fails in makeup. There is stcc revaluation too which is 5000 per subject. The records are not maintained. I have all the chalans which is the basic proof. I have seen a family giving fund to college trust so that their ward can paas to next year. Results are not good. Teachers don't listen, neither department's hod's nor the deans.
We are also facing with backlogs too.
We are reallly facing problem, i hope someone will see through this and will take further actionns.
I had already complained many a times but no one is ready to help us out.
Please consider my request,, its about the future of all the engineers out there.
And i am not posting this because i am any frustrated student. This is the truth of sdm engineering college.

Why is it that the vtu calculates percentage from 5th sem? Every other universities calculate percentage from 5th sem... And 3rd and 4th sem being the most important you don't include that percentage.. Our entire percentage drops down coz of the calculation of degree from 5th sem.. This is the main reason y vtu students are lagging behind because of this.. I don't even understand whats the logic behind calculating degree from 5th sem..

Sir, my original certificate is in eit. They are not given to me till now. So many times we going ask the certificate but they not given.

I have attended the lab exams today, but for writing to extra wrong column internal examinar not allowed me to took exam, he spoiled my one subject they are playing with students life, i am professionally civil engineer, he unnessarlly blaming me and he warning me to debar for 3 three, what's wrong asking for a justice... Their no justice.. Who need to to teach about justice and honesty he only making wrong.
Very horrible sadist lecturer i ever seen my education carrier.. I in frastration if something happens to me he (G. C. Raju) is only responsible...

I made the payment to vtu university for transcripts on 9thapr'18 and the documents were received by the university on 16thapr'18. I have received one copy until today and that too the envelop was open and without any seal on the back side. I had requested 4 copies. I have sent emails to them but just like you no reply yet. Also, they are not picking up the calls as well. Please help me out if you know the procedure.
