Vivek — Unfair policy of Auto Renewal of Add on pack while Fixed Charges applicable | |||
I had extra usage of Data last month so I had opted for an Add on for 250 RS for 1 GB 4G data. When I asked to cancel it this month (next billing cycle), the customer care says that, If I cancel the money RS 250 will be charged and at the same time the 1GB data will be removed of my package. So they say I will lose my money for no reason. I mentioned can you please stop auto renewal? They mentioned that I have call up on 10th of next month exactly to stop the service. They are not ready to accept a post dated request as well. It's not possible to call exactly on the day as it's very easy to lose out the days. This is such an unfair practice followed by Airtel. I have already raised a port out request. The relationship manager was helpless about this as well. Very bad way to treat your customers. This is just a way to increase your revenue.
