[Resolved] Viveks - Adyar — Daikin split ac | |||||
I am located in chennai. I recently booked a ac 1.5 ton daikin and they didnt delivered as they said. Also still there is ac installation pending. Called several times to showroom and service center were still no one updating proper response. Finally the technician came to house today(14/11/2015) for installation but he could not fix the ac due to he is feeling uncomfortable because of our flat is in 1st floor. I really frustrated because of the customer service from Viveks. If Viveks has anyone who knows about customer satisfaction, hope they will understand my email. If there is no person to install ac then they can go ahead for takeback the product and refund my money. Can any one please help me further on this.
