Viveks India — Incorrect AC delivered and installed, no proper response from showroom

We have confirmed model WU18WKYX Panasonic 1.5 ton 4s in showroom however the wrong model has been delivered and installed. We have contacted the showroom immediately and they agreed it was their mistake however there is no proper response to resolve the issue. And the installation was also horrible and damaged the newly painted wall badly and the water outlet has been fixed inside the room because of their poor decision making on the installation.
