[Resolved] Viveks India — Poor service | |||||
I have bought Haier AC on April 13th to 16th 2016 expo..The bill stated the ac, stabiliser, outside unit..they are taking more than a week to deliver the stabiliser.Still no action taken from their end.The customer service is unable to connect.It is getting tougher to survice in this summer without a/c..Once when I got connected, the stupid customer service person says to get the ac installed first and to come and collect the stabiliser whenever it is available.. NEVER EVER buy a product from viveks.The expo is all eyewash..the products can be bought in much better negotiation in other stores.I curse their business should go down for such a poor service..
