[Resolved] Viveks India — Product purchased led tv - seal opened | |||||
I wish to register a complaint. We bought a samsung led panel 43 inch tizen worth rs.62, 000 from trichy. We had specifically told not to deliver the display piece. But during delivery the seal is opened and it was the same the display piece which was kept in the showroom. That what is the role of customer?? Where is the customer satisfaction gone?????? Is this satisfaction you are providing to customer??? We want to replace the tv with the fresh one. We called viveks trichy office and informed about the issue. But worst response they are providing. I wish to take this to the top level management and take immediate action. We are thinking that viveks the great company, but such a worst response they are giving. They are not even providing the manager number to contact. Viveks customer care or enquiry form is not working. If it is not working, then why you are providing the customer care number in your website or your mail id?? As a 20 years of customer of viveks company, we are very much Disappointed with viveks.
