[Resolved] Viveks India — sony tv 0w800c 3d glasses not received | |||
We have purchased 0w800c via bill no [protected] on 5th oct 2015 (Bill amount rs. 96200) from tnagar branch. We were informed we will get 3d glasses 2 numbers and a camera free but free items not in stock. They asked us to collect the free items one month later. After they said due to flood everything ceased and asked to collect after a month.... Finally they said camera not available but will give sound speakers instead and given speakers (But we prefer only camera-any way given something) and asked to collect 3d glasses one month later again. But till now we not receved the glasses (And they said bring your bill, after bringing bill they informed free items not mentioned there-very fraud). Verified Support Sep 18, 2017 Viveks India Customer Care's response Dear Ms. Jenelia, This is with reference to our telephonic conversation with Mr. Franklin, we would like to confirm that there is no free gift ( 3d glasses ) for this particular model ( Sony ).
