i puchased a lg 1.5ton split ac on apr 12, 2013 at viveks limited located vadapalani. i raised a complaint on apr 3, 2014 for low cooling on ac. service person came and taken the part from ac on apr 4, 2014. almost two months over still now the defective part will not be replaced by viveks. bill no: [protected] bill date: 12/apr/2013 location: vadapalani vivek ph:[protected] address s murugan ph: [protected]
