[Resolved] Viveks — Microwave Oven not delivered even after 7 days | |||||
I am located in chennai. Last week, Viveks selled products in Chennai Trade center.Purchased Microwave oven and paid the whole amount on 24th Oct 2015.They promised me that they will deliver the product the next day on 25th Oct 2015.Till now i have not received the product.I am giving call daily to their customer care number multiple times and they are saying product will delivered ASAP.two days before i got a call and they told me it will delivered by yesterday which was not done yet.Please some one guide me whether i can take a legal action against Viveks . Nov 3, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved After escalating multiple times to customer care and posting complaint in consumer complaints portal, product was delivered to me on sunday 31st oct evening customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
