[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — vivo v9 | |||
This is regarding the product vivo v9 pro as i have purchased on 7/11/2018 through flipkart and within this time its display is coming out and the phone is not responding properly i have visited vivo service centre at govind nagar kanpur, up on 30/10/2018 They told me that it would be repared which will cost around 6500/- they told that its physical damage so they will not provide the service in warranty period. But there is no dent in my phone so there is no physical damage how the service centre is saying that its physical damage. I felt that it's very pathetic thing that i have purchased this vivo phone as the company response is so negative so i will keep in my mind that i would not suggest to anyone to take the vivo phone.
