My mobile could not receive or call from bsnl sim. Service centre demands 8000 rupees for board replacement. Phone is just 13 months old. I feel this as a big cheating by vivo as a i am from a middle class family. I spend 17000/-to buy this phone. Imei no is [protected] I contacted bsnl they showed me other sims are working Then i approached hai jin trade india private limited, alappuzha[protected], they updated the software and advised to change the board ny paying 8000/_ They are simply saying it is the company policy and they cannot do anything with it. My last phone was lenovo and i used it for 6years. I never had any bitter experience from any other brands Above mentioned is my complaint which i posted earlier. But no response yet, thats why i posted it again. Please take necessary steps to resolve the complaint. Now no sims are working in the mobile.
