My name is Nandini and I have worked with Vmoksha company for 1 and half year, There was a bond agreement for 2 years but due to my health issue I had left the company before 6 months to complete 2 years. I have left the company with the agreement between my project Manager and HR partner (I have all the signed documents of agreement), and they promised me to give my all bond amount which they have deducted every month from my salary. My due amount is Rs. 60000. But they did not pay and blocked all my mails regarding the final settlement. I am suffering from critical health problem and I really need my money at this stage. I am requesting Vmoksha, kindly release my money as soon as possible.

Company has the policy of completing the 30 days notice period for the relieving settlement or has to pay one month salary to get the relieving letter. I have decided to give up a month's salary and get the relieving letter, but the company and its HR and management is not responding either.

Company is playing with my career and if they can't give the relieving letter atleast they can pay the money for the days that i have worked for them.

I was working for Vmoksha technologiesPvt. Ltd. Bangalore and I got relieved from that company on[protected].As per the offer letter and their oral assurance the last date of financial and every department final settlement was by 60 days after the relieve date.However,more than 100 days have gone by and they are still saying,"it is under process and once it is done we will let you know".One week back I voluntarily went to the office for the clarification and they did not even allow me inside to speak to them and in fact they sent their legal advisor to speak with me.Kindly help me out to get my financial settlements as soon as possible,coz I am suffering from financial problems by making some committments on the amount which has to be realised from them.

I worked for 3 years in Vmoksha Technologies and resigned 2.5 years(Jan 2010) back. But till now I didn't recevied my final settlement. It is almost 70k. I called so many times about the settlement. Sometimes they are not picking the calls sometimes they are telling we will process sometimes they are telling it will take time etc. Last time when I called continuously 5 days they directly told they are not going to give final settlement. So please help me in this. Because of this I personally faced financial issues. When I am sending an email I used to get failure message. I got to know from the current employees that they blocked my email id. Whatever the service I have given they forgot about that. Actully I need to survive 1 month notice perdio. But they have blocked my 50 days salary.Because I resigned on 21st so that month salary they blocked and next month till 21st.
I need help regarding this. I thought if not immediately some time they will give but if they are telling they are not going to give means. Its cheating. Its my money. Actually when first time I asked for resignation I got convinced for the sake of project even though they offered money I didn't even demanded I just stayed for the sake of company. But now I got very good gift form the comapny torturing me that call us tomorrow.. day after tomorrow.. after 10 days.. after 2 months.. we are in meeting.. finance person already left for the day.. We just processed it may take time....

Now I am not having patience to listen any reason from them. I just want my money back...

I worked for this company for more than 8 years with dedication and was hoping that they will clear my gratuity the minimum but that was not the case. They just treated me like any other employee who left the company in past 4-5 years. They do not pay the dues and when I visit the premises, they will not let me in and also blocked my email address on their exchange server so that they do not receive any email from me. Someone, please help me recover at least my gratuity. Please avoid joining such a fraud company.

I was Working for Vmoksha Technologies Pvt Ltd , i have resigned on SEP 2011 and Till Now i have not recieved the Final Settlement , Gratuity from the Company .

One more main thing is that i have resigned on 26th Sep 2011 and with in 2-3 hrs they have relieved me and said that today will be ur last day and finish of all ur formalities .....I worked for 5 years there and they did consider that also ....i felt very sad , embraced that day .

I was feeling very sad to leave this company as i worked for 5 years but all that sadness turned in to pain when they relived me with in 2-3 hrs of time .
Also felt very guilty in frent of other employees.

Felt like, no other should face or get this kind of situation in Life .

VMOKSHA has not paid f&f settlement even after a two months now, my LWD being 9th November 2009.I am told by finance dept that they will call me and inform when cheque is ready but they are simply delaying it and are making stories.Kindly request finance dept to immediately pay the f&f settlement amount without any further delays.

I would like to bring to your kind attention the fact that i have not received my full and final settlement from Vmoksha Technologies Pvt Ltd through i have resigned from the company on Aug 14th 2009.Everytime i call up vmoksha and speak to the finance team they would tell me to call a month later and find out the status. The only answer they give me is that "We are facing fund problem and we unable to reimburse your settlement at the moment please call up after another month .Could anyone kind enough advise how i can tackle the problems and assist me in getting back my money.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
