[Resolved] Vodafone — 39 Recharge did not get the validity
My VI number is [protected]. I recharged 39 rupees on March 5 but did not get validity.
Before I did the recharge I checked best offer on my number, it was seen that I will get 28 days validity and 100MB DATA for recharge 39 rupees then I did the recharge. But I did not get the offer what was I seen.
I talked to VI customer care executives but they said my number was not such an offer.
I gave photos of the offer which I was seen on my number for verification purpose.
