[Resolved] Vodafone — 3G modem out of order with in three month,

3G modem out of order with in three month, I return to Vodafone gallery at Manjushree, Haldia, West Bengal on dated 06/11/2012. I can't return back the Modem till date, I inform customer care of vodafone and gallery also several times but no result. The gallery people not taking interest with the matter, not even giving any positive information .
