Vodafone — Activation of Sports Combo pack without any intimation / request | |||
Today when I have checked my Vodafone bill for no [protected] I found that I have been charged fro Sports Combo pack which I have never activated.Neither any executive called me and neither any sms request was received by me for activation. When called Customer care they informed that it has been activated by me and that they havent done anything from their end.This is really pathetic.Tomorrow they might charge anything and again claim that I had activated the same and I am helpless. There isnt any confirmation sms on my mobile about the service being activated.Without any sort of confirmation at my end how can such services be activated.Currently I have deactivated the pack for which I have received confirmation though.This is really frustrating Was this information helpful? | |||

Kindly refrain from posting any false information.
I have already replied to your email which I received today only wherein I have shared the snapshots of the May 2015, June 2015 and July 2015 bills wherein I am falsely charged for Sports Pack which I have not activated at all amounting to 297 INR

In this billing cycle as well I am charged for Star Sports subsccription pack whereas now I also have confirmation about de-activation of the service last month itslef.Pathetic customer rcomplaint resolution.Taking significant amount of consumers production time in office to followup for issue resolution
