Vodafone — Amount deducted for unknown value added services | |||||
Dear Concern, I am very dissatisfied from Vodafone service provider, they used to deduct my balance for some value added services which I have never opted, and then I have to call in Vodafone customer care and asked them to discontinue the same, but no body respond for the balance which got deducted.
