Vodafone — App resets after update | |||
I am a bit disappointed with the new vi app (Vodafone + idea). The mobile app forces you to update without your consent. Even if you reject update on next screen it forces you to click ok and update starts. After update it clears the app data, so all your settings and stored numbers are gone. You have to again register your number into the app to see the data. This is not a recommended practice. Vi should not force users to update the app and even if they do, the app should not reset the existing account data. Poor design by vi. Was this information helpful? | |||
