Vodafone — Balance deduction without any notice for unwanted cause

they deducted my balance 70 rs without any prior information. also i had to call customer care for over 1 hour...they didn't listen to any complaint. i was telling truth and they were taking it as lies. Vodafone customer care services are way too below average. Also on website they are showing that they cut balance for calling to a number from the same number from which the call has been made. and customer care is giving another reason for balance cut. Vodafone is completely lying. The employee name are Rakesh kumar Prasanjeet Sarkar
