Vodafone — bill discrepancy and wantedly customer care dragged the issues without resolving | |||||
They have discrepancy in bill and when asked about it, they purposefully delay and provide contact numbers which wont work or no one picks... Like ms. Ashwini & contact no [protected]. Dragged it to demand notice without hearing my side of the argument. I have raised more than 5 requests to customer care, replied to every mails they sent, still no help. Directly sent demand notice knowingly. Took post pain connection and since plan changed in 2 months, representative asked me to change my sim, since i cannot retain the sim. Took new different vodafone connection and disconnected old connection as per executive suggestion, but they said it will not be disconnected within 3 month period and left it till next billing at the background which im not aware. They started piling up bills for both, disconnected service but charged for 2 months plus the fine it and got the bill to 2500 for a 900 plan. Was this information helpful? | |||||
