Dear Sir,

I have one vodafone post paid sim for data use whose number is [protected]. Since last 4 months I was not use this sim for any data uses. But they are showing in my bill my usages charges download charges apart from monthly rental. Although I got 2 GB Data free for every month. I was giving many complain to them over telephone as well as directly to their MINI stores but they are ignoring it. Kindly help me.

We see that you have activated the VAS service - Masti Club through a WAP enabled site on 04-Dec-2013 11:07:54 PM. The charges for the same are Rs.35/week. We did not get any response when we called you.
