[Resolved] Vodafone — bill generating after deactivating number | |||
Dear Sir, Vodafone have put reminder for pending payment for Mob. [protected].This is my post paid number of Delhi/NCR region and i am not use this number because i am living in Rajasthan since last five month.Regarding closing the number I have talk to Ms.Sarabji Kaur she is care executives (her number : [protected]) and according to her I have paid Rs 3121 pending bills up to 14 Nov 2013 and also sent ID proof for closing the number.Unfortunately till now bill is generating every month and she says i do not know what is problem? I ask to you/Vodafone why give pay while i had completed all formalities.
