Hello, I'd taken a voice assistance service, I got an unsatisfied answer from VI employee. and they continues charges me an additional costs than the tariff plan. I didn't get any solutions from VI customer care. VI employees don't know how to treat their customers and also it seems that they are unqualified. I need a solution from this.
I hope this forum will help me and give me a solution for the issues occurred.
