[Resolved] Vodafone — Bills paid timely still the service is stopped and showing one bill pending. | |
I have Corporate connections from Idea. I am Idea Customer for almost more than 9 years. I also pay my bills online. After Vodafone-Idea Merge I was paying my bills by https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/account/express-paybill. It was working and there was no Issue till June 2020. I had done payment of Rs 1221/- through the Idea Link and it didn't give me receipt after payment. I had written to Idea-vodafone customer care and I also got email from them saying the payment has been creadited to some other Mobile number. They ask for me if it is my number I had informed them that it is not my number they had promised to credit it to my Account. But till today they have not done it and they have barred all (5 Nos) and also the Internet from My main no. After Calling Vodafone call center they start the numbers for 2 days for calling but again it is disconnected for 2 days. Internet is stopped from almost 10 days. This are Corporate nos. and I face difficulty because of issue from their side. I have all the mails and they are marked also to seniors but no response. Was this information helpful? | |
