[Resolved] Vodafone — Blocked from contacting customer care in 2 number and network issue and no response from customer care. | |||
My vodafone number:- [protected], i contacted customer care on 21th march 2014 to raise a complaint regarding network issue ( in 3g i get only 1 point tower and net is too slow) and i have got message that they will clear my problem on 29th march 2014 at 5.31pm. but they dint clear the problem. so i contact 198 but its showing " SORRY WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR CALL PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" and call gets disconnected. so i called from this number:- [protected] to customer care they asking to wait for more 7 days and they saying its problem in mobil not in network but its problem in network. a person from vodafone came my home and checked network and informed vodafone that there is issue in network but they discconected the called and blocked even that number, sir please contact me in this number:- [protected] and clear my problem and unblocked both numbers.. please clear my problem and i cant even able to use 3g net because its very slow.. thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
