[Resolved] Vodafone — Cancellation of mobile connection | |||
I had gone to Vodafone Store in Bangalore in the middle of my billing cycle, asked them to clarify the outstanding amount, paid the same and I was confirmed by the person that the lines will be deactivated in few days. This was in mid september as I was travelling abroad for good. Even after the clearance of the bills I am charged in the month of October for all the base charges with no calls in it. On my mail to them, they clarified that only one number had been requested for cancellation (but sent a bill for this number too) and other number is not though I had requested to cancel both the numbers. They are not responding properly and sending mails that they have better offers. Being outside India, I am not getting proper response from them neither I am able to talk to them properly.
