Have sent a request to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com requesting for cancellation of subject number on 23rd Sept 2021, After which i got a call from executive two days later (25th Sept 2021) wanting to know the reason for cancellation. The dues which was as on 23rd sept was cleared and sent screen shot to the same mail id.
After two months, 26th Nov 2021, Vodaphone calls me and tells that i have outstanding amount of 1752/-, after receiving this call i again sent mail to customer care why my connection has not been closed, then they explained that there was 200 outstanding from Sept and since then the account has not been closed.
I objected to such carelessness of Vodaphone, If there is any outstanding prior to 23rd Sept, as per my knowledge it was around 200 change, will clear that amount and my account needs to be closed.
I dont know why Vodaphone keeps covering its losses from its customers by billing for that connection which was supposed to be closed just to earn some monthly charges they kept it unclosed. Which is their mistake and not mine.
i request to take this injustice with vodaphone and close my connection. Was this information helpful? |
