I am a valuable Vodafone customer, holding mobile number [protected].
Recently, I have been facing issues with the network hosting it as HotSpot. In this event, I visited the Vodafone store located at JB Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai.
Based on the store executives suggestion, the request to convert the existing mobile number from PrePaid to PostPaid, was put across on 7th September, 2022.
However, I have made up my mind to not go ahead with the conversion as I would lose the existing data plan and it's heavy on my pocket as well.
Reached the vodafone customer care and store mutliple time, in the same regards. Email has been sent across as well. Nothing has been addressed so far. Was this information helpful? |
There is NO response at all. It’s more than 24 hours, still waiting to hear from them.
Could you please help me, to fix this up. This is deeply a sad connect with Vodafone.
