[Resolved] Vodafone — Cannot activate caller tune | |||
I am postpaid customer my mobile number is [protected] and from the day 1 in Vodafone I am having one caller tune and the caller tune is kandha sasti kavasam from soolamangalam sisters devotional song and I did not change the caller tune even for one time. But for the last 3 months the caller tune is not there and when ever I am trying to activate the caller tune I cannot activate via voadafone app and sms. instead I am getting a sms dear customer we are unable to process your request right now recharge with caller tune pack. but since I am postpaid customer I am unable to recharge. when I am trying with toll free executive they said kind raise a complaint with corporate care.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com. so I had raised a complaint kindly activate the caller tune at warfoot basis.
