I am not able to close my mobile connection for Vi Account no. 73418386 as I have not been using this connection since July and was suspended due to non payment in August . I told vodafone people to stop the connection and I will make one month payment . They are not closing the connection and generating bill after bill even after suspension. With a malafide intension connection was reactivated on 29th September to collect dues from me . They are showing an outstanding of 3 months where I have not used the connection at all. I have visited their nearby store and talked on their helpline multiple times but there is nothing happening. I have been harassed regularly by vodafone collection executives as they are calling me on alternate number, sending SMS and whatsapp and even threatening mails to take legal action. please help.
