[Resolved] Vodafone Cellular — inappropriate billing | |||
Hello, I would like to register a complaint against Vodafone Cellular Services, Delhi NCR Region. I am bearing a connection from Vodafone. They send me my fist bill of extra amount which i genuinelly used. I activated 3g services 3 times and they just activated it 2 times and when i confirmed it, they activate it or not they always said my service is activated but it was not. after that they discoonnect my no. too. I have got huge business loss, personal loss, and mental disturbances in these days because of this service interruption from Vodafone. I would kindly request, to please take up this matter with utmost seriousness and priority and resolve this issue with a definite compensation.
