[Resolved]  Vodafone — charging money without usage

Dear sir, I have a post paid connection of Vodafone in which there was a 199 rental plan with 199 data plan for 2g unlimited still the company has charged me with data charges Rs. 811. When i have a unlimited plan active why is there a charge for data. other than that the executive at their outlet in prabhadevi explained to me a plan which is not in existence at all and lured me into believing that the said plan is better which is till date not in existence. i had gone to the store to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid as i am not able to afford the charged levied on me in post paid connection which are always mysterious.
