[Resolved]  Vodafone — collection agency from vodafone make fake promises

Respected all, I paid rs500/- to vodafone collection agency for bill payment and they said that rs128/- will bill waived off...my actual amount was rs627.90/- after paying my amount they have not waived the rs128/- and on 25/12/2013 my nxt bill will genret with this again i have to pay this amount plus next bill with late payment charges...what is all this happing i want this amount to be waived off and late payment charges which will genret in next bill i.e bill dated 25/12/2013..the agency name is AGILE BUSSINESS, collector name:rafiq, and his number is [protected], after makeing calls to him he just say it will be done...is this the way customer are treated below im attch my bill payment reciept kindly help me in this mater...My number is [protected] Thanking You

Vodafone has taken possible action and the issue is solved but billing problem with vodafone and network problem is major..after complaing of network issue many times they dont resolve..network problem..

Respected all from Vodafone...kindly waived this late payment charges..because the waiver is given after 25/12/2013 so it is included in bill kindly do the needfull...the rs100/- charged against late payment charges...and this is not my mistake...it was done with vodafone collection people...
