[Resolved] Vodafone — complained about data connection | |||
Respected sir, my name is vikram rathore i have been using vodafone postpaid mobile and 2G data connection they provide me 1GB data, my bill generation date is 23rd. on 03/03/2104 i have received a sms that i have consumed 200MB then after in 4 hour i have received one more sms that i have consumed 400 MB, as per them i have consumed 1000MB in 2 days, but that is not possible, i called to customer care but didn't give me any answer and disconnect the call. so please sir help me what should i do for this please help me.
